When you're logged in to Instagram, you'll need to tap the "more" menu icon in the top right corner of the screen to access your profile. Then, tap on the "profile" icon to access the menu. From there, click on "settings". Once you're on the login screen, you're logged in and ready to use the app. However, if you've been logged in before, you may have to manually log out.

On the login screen, tap Get help logging in. (Android) or Forgot password? (iPhone). Enter the username, email address, or phone number associated with your account, then tap Next.
