After segmenting the affiliates, we screen each affiliate campaign that is live and help the affiliates to improve the conversion rate from their campaign. Our affiliate managers have years of experience in improving affiliate campaign conversion, and they know where the campaign needs tweaks to get the most out of the affiliates’ campaigns. 12.11. Confidentiality During the Term, the Affiliate may be entrusted with confidential information relating to Six6s’s business, operations, or underlying technology and/or the Affiliate Programme. The Affiliate agrees not to make disclosure or unauthorized use of any such confidential information to third persons or outside parties unless the Affiliate has Six6s’s prior written consent and that the Affiliate will use the confidential information only for purposes necessary to further the purposes of these Terms. The Affiliate’s obligations with respect to confidential information shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
