In practical work, in order to achieve ideal working efficiency, it is necessary to control and adjust the flow of the non clogging pulp pump. In order to achieve this goal, we must first understand the factors that affect the flow of the non clogging pulp pump.
Internal causes affecting the flow of non clogging pulp pump:
The outlet pipe is not unblocked or the impeller is blocked, the impeller falls off or is damaged, the bottom of the pump is severely worn or blocked by debris, the pipe impeller is blocked, the seal ring is damaged, the pressure is insufficient, or the rotation speed of the non blocked pulp pump is too slow.
External factors affecting the flow of non clogging pulp pump:
The installation height of the non clogging pulp pump is too high (the impeller is too close to the horizontal plane), the density or viscosity of the liquid medium conveyed by the non clogging pulp pump is too high, and the working head of the non clogging pulp pump is too high.
Flow regulation method of non clogging pulp pump:
Throttle regulation. For the pump unit with gate valve installed in the outlet pipeline, if the gate valve is closed for a short time, the local resistance in the pipeline will increase, the pipeline characteristic curve will become steeper, and its working point will move to the top and move to the left along the QH curve of the pump. The smaller the gate valve is closed, the greater the resistance and the smaller the flow rate.
Speed change adjustment. By changing the speed of the motor of the non clogging pulp pump, the performance of the pump and the operating point of the pump are changed, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow of the non clogging pulp pump.
Reducing adjustment. After the impeller is turned, the performance of the water pump will change according to certain rules, thus changing the working point of the water pump.
