This is a sign elevator, YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS OR IT WILL NOT WORK!  This will teleport you (the amount of blocks you put) away from the sign.  count the block the sign will be on and the rest up then the roof/ floor of the next story and replace the words in parenthesis including the parenthesis with the amount you counted. place the command in a command block and power it, then put the sign on the wall and click. POOF your up a story.
