this is a command that can work in your Vanilla Minecraft world. it does not involve Minecraft Forge or any mods,just commands

paste in the following commands in 3 separate command blocks (Note:DO NOT paste in the command in just one command block or it will not work the Hashtag is  to tell you to start a new command block. you'll need (At least 2 Chain Command blocks and 1 Impulse Command block.) Paste the first command into an Impulse 

Command block and the ones with the Hashtag behind it are Chain Command blocks Thanks for Reading this "essay" of a note :)

P.S. don't copy the hashtag;right click below his feet to make He/She stay and you must tame him as you would a wolf by right clicking under his feet with a bone
