Explosive Arrows in one command for 1.9x/1.10x by sieyn

I made the original version of this command like 6 minutes ago and I generated the 1.9x and 1.10x version of this command. If you don't know what this does it makes any bow a explosive arrow bow, so shooting a arrow at the ground or on a wall somewhere it will explode within less then a second. Also if you don't read what i put in the say command while its generating it told you to not spam arrows if you want lots of explosions without running the comparators bad in the command clock, just simply pull back a bow to full power before each use. But it won't explode if it hits a mob or player. Other then that part i couldn't fix with it not exploding if it hits a player or mob this command... was fun to make, guys i like making commands for you guys that like one command creations, esspecialy ones like this. So yea this is my coolest one command creation so far. Hope you enjoy!!! :D
