Portals In Minecraft!

Portal One Command. Make the portals with the following instructions to make it work. #= block

Make a 3 by 3 redstone block plus but with a diamond block in the middle.
Or a gold block in the middle.
Which ever block you used in the middle, put another block like that with a armor stand on top at your destination.
