en 1.13 /give Villager Shops

Summons the keeper of books. To use him you require my "Commandy Book". if you pay attention at the end of the book (Page 10) theres a book converter, it changes the book into a "Ethan's Book" then take that to the Keeper Of Books, and you get the "Book" it has every enchant lvl 99.
