To remove the hologram:

1. /scoreboard players tag @e[type=armor_stand] add Hologram.Remove {CustomName:"TEXT OF THE HOLOGRAM"}

2. /kill @e[type=armor_stand,tag=Hologram.Remove]

Note: Minify the command to avoid issues :)
