/execute: Tutorial For Starters

The command

so let's start with the basics. type in:
/execute
now let's execute all players.
/execute @a
we have to give the target. our goal is to execute all players with a tag of "rarr"
so. let's execute all players first.
/execute @a
and the tag of rarr.
/execute @a[tag=rarr]
and the coordinates
/execute @a[tag=rarr] ~ ~ ~
we need to execute a command. so... let's say we want to teleport the player 5 blocks above them.
/execute @a[tag=rarr] ~ ~ ~ /tp @a[tag=rarr] ~ ~5 ~
now let's do a custom bow with execute.

1st cmd getting the bow:
/give @p bow 1 0 {display:{Name:"Teleportation Bow"},teleport:1b,ench:[{id:4,lvl:1}]}
(NEXT CMD BLOCKS)
2nd cmd (repeat,always active):
/scoreboard players tag @a add teleport {SelectedItem:{tag:{teleport:1b}}}
3rd cmd (chain,always active):
/execute @a[tag=teleport] ~ ~ ~ /tp @a[tag=teleport] @e[type=arrow]
4th cmd (chain,always active):
/scoreboard players tag @a remove teleport
