Working Plague Bomb! by superhoopa

Introducing the Plague Bomb! Throw these at your enemies so it will "Explode" on them, and if the explosion doesn't work, nearby mobs will get Wither effect and Poison! Be careful so you don't accidentally give yourself the effects! It also has a custom potion color so it looks like a bomb.
