en 1.8 /summon Mobs & Pets The King of all skeletons. Kill him become the new king. But beware he is dangerous.Doing a whopping 6 hearts of damage and will follow you from 20 blocks away. He will drop his bow and has a 40% chance of dropping his crown which will make you King Of All Skeletons. Good Luck.
