No Attack Cool-Down 1.9+ Test #2 by the_iron_bow

This is the new and improved version (Test #2) of the no attack cool down in 1.9 and higher. This time I ran some tests with the damage indicators mod on so I could see how much health was being lost then calibrated it to the weapon's total damage (in this case the diamond axe) so you could spam click. Although if you chose not to spam click it will probably one shot almost any mob. I will most likely upload a Test #3 soon. Enjoy!
