I tried to make a villager that trades my custom items but whenever I add the custom items then the command stays the same ex: I made it so u can trade The True Excalibur and The Lost Blade of Atlantis for The Blade of Gods but when I put them in the trade the command still showed that it was stone.

Its pretty common thing, no need to sorry, just check the hosting, there might be some issue which is why the website is not working. I have seen many website that work totally fine only because they have bought good hosting plan.
