They are implicit rules in every human being, and it is the responsibility of each of us to adapt or reject them.

Work performance and commitment
Many attitudes can denote a lack of commitment to a company. We can point out some of them, such as arriving late to work, not participating in meetings that have been scheduled in advance, not making a little more effort to fulfill duties better, presenting a bad personal appearance in the workplace, generating discord and indiscipline, etc.

It is pertinent to clarify that rules vary from one company to another according to the culture of each one of them. This means that a rule that is not so important in one company may be the most significant and respected by employees in another. For example, being late may not be a serious offense in one company because the work performed there does not merit it. Still, in another, the repetition of this offense may result in the employee's dismissal. Order, discipline, and good manners are qualities that a company looks for in all its employees. There is no need for people who insult others and bias all staff.

It is well known how important it is in modern times to adapt to the new requirements that a company needs and implements. Suppose an employee does not welcome innovation or does not collaborate in its perfect adaptation. In that case, it is an attitude that goes against the organization's wishes, and the employee who behaves in this way will likely be removed from the organization.

If an individual displays the attitude mentioned above, they will not meet the company's objectives, nor will their own. No tolerance for change means that a person does not develop their skills and therefore does not emerge and ends up living independently.

A key factor in work performance is using technological tools.
Correct handling of the technological resources that a company possesses is an action that is also highly valued by an organization. The good use of the telephone, Internet, photocopiers, faxes, etc., must exist in every company and each of the workers must ensure that they are used appropriately and for the primary purpose for which they are there.

Finally, it is necessary to clarify that depending on the way we act, we will be successful both in our lives and in our work environment. By maintaining impeccable behavior in all our work, we will grow and develop all our capabilities, allowing our journey through this world to be the best possible.
