I had Google WiFi for about 9 months, around 09/19/2018 the main access pod (of three) kept going offline. It would return after a simple power-cycle but go offline again. Did all of the following several times factory reset, called into Google WiFi Support, set static IP, rebooted my cable modem, swapped main access with another, swapped cables, changed ethernet port the main access unit was connected to, and opened ports suggested by Google Wifi support all to no avail. Google sent a replacement device which stays online about 10 hours then goes offline, coming back online only after I power-cycle it. I have an Arris SBG6700-AC modem and no issues from my ethernet connected PC, nor wireless devices. **I had to turn the modems wireless back on after Google Wifi started failing.
Anyone have any ideas why Google Wifi keeps going offline and needing a power-cycle to restore it?
