I’m planning to start a small business with a couple of partners, but before moving forward, I want to understand how the registration process actually works from start to finish. I’ve checked multiple sources online, yet most explanations feel confusing, incomplete, or too technical for someone doing this for the first time..

I would find it very helpful to get some advice on the selection of the appropriate company structure. In case of a new business where the business intends to grow progressively, would it be advisable to incorporate as a private limited company or is it advisable to consider an alternative? I would also like to know which documents are needed, the duration it normally takes to register, and what are the general challenges which individuals encounter when registering their companies.
