I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitis and overpronation. I have pain in my right arch when I take my first few steps after resting. Then I can walk pain free. I have been wearing a small stretch ankle brace and wearing open toed sandals because I also have toenail fungus. Should I wear a better brace for a while and do any kind of foot exercises and stretches? I've seen intertnet videos about it but not sure if the exercises are safe.

I am sure you must talk about the idea of working out with your doctor. I know this because my son had an issue after a football match, and he decided he didn't have to take a rest. I thought it would be better to work out if we wanted a faster recovery, but it ended up worse than we could ever think. Finally, the only thing that helped my boy were bracelets for ankles, from https://remaininthegame.ca/product-category/orthopedic-bracing-support/knee-brace-support-splint/. I was never that disappointed in myself after letting my child hurt himself on purpose. I will never do that again; you must be careful too.

Have you tried kinesiotherapy? It works wonders for a lot of o people who suffer from leg, ankle, knee pain

Recently I was supposed to premiere a play that we had been working on for a long time, but I fell off the stage and hurt my ankle. After examining my foot, the doctor said it was a severe sprain, so we immediately ordered a walking boot when we got home at https://dunbarmedical.com/product-category/braces-and-supports/walking-boot/ so I could at least walk. Honestly, I haven't felt this bad in a long time. But I'm glad that at least my friends from the show are just supportive and not mad at me. In the end, I didn't fall on purpose. It was an accident. I'll try to be more careful next time.
