If you go through the support ticket system options in Etsy manager - community and help - contact them and you will see that chat is an option for solving some problems. Remember, Etsy is not a seller, it's just a marketplace where people list their products for sale. When you buy, you are not buying on Etsy, you are buying from the direct person who made that particular item.
