Hi everyone,

I’ve been facing a dilemma lately with choosing the right SEO pricing model for my business. Traditional retainers feel risky since you pay upfront without guaranteed results. Recently, I came across the concept of performance-based SEO, where you only pay when actual results, like better rankings or increased traffic, are delivered.

It sounds promising, especially for small businesses with tight budgets. But it made me wonder—are there any downsides to this approach? Does it truly encourage accountability, or could it lead to shortcuts that might hurt long-term results?

For those of you who’ve tried this, what was your experience? Do you think performance-based pricing could become the future of SEO, or is it just another trend?

Looking forward to your insights and advice!
