Well, Summer officially ends in Scotland and in October, in recent years, I switch to winter mode 1/2 until the spring of March

Supplement vitamin D and fish oil and a tablespoon of manuka honey every morning. When vitamin d tablets run out / they usually switch to the liquid in about a month. I try to keep fruit consumption at the right level for vitamin C, and I also eat well. Combine this with my lunchtime walks during the winter months / my bike on weekends / my light weights at home-I usually do most of the winter without any problems.

Hoping that in the current climate that keeps my immune system toned, I would agree if the worst happened

What do you do if you want to strengthen your immune system during the winter (and if they work)

What is this "winter" you speak of?

I exercise 2 times a week, and also adhere to a healthy diet and take supplements. Plus, I found the laserbodysculpting clinic in Toronto and I want to try the procedure to get rid of fat cells faster. I want to lose a few pounds before the end of the year.
