Wondering if this is a wiring issue or something else. One of my garage doors will not close. The garage pulley/latch goes about a foot and then comes back. I checked the sensors and they are fine (one shows green the other amber). If I press and hold down the garage door button it still does not come down so the override is not working either. Do I need to have the wiring reinstalled or is the garage door opener needs to be replaced? The garage door opener does power ON and appears to work so confused about what the issue could be.
