PRE-SESSION

Next, close your eyes for a second. Breathe out. Let all air leave your lungs and flush out any particles of strangeness or conventional perceptions which could be trying to disturb the connection between you and your lipstick.

Whatever may be going on in your life, you're now ready to forget about it for some time, find a peaceful place, and begin your session. RELAXATION

For a short moment, gather your determination. You are determined to locate what you're looking for.
