Maybe someone can help me with the pros and cons so that I can decide whether to hire or buy a compact excavator? I have a 100-acre lot with a 1-mile winding driveway. I plan to hire a large machine and operator to clear the land, but after that there is a lot of work that a compact excavator could handle. I will need to gravel the driveway, dig 3 buildings, dig a few service trenches, and then just maintain the property in the future. I could probably take care of the immediate job of renting a compact house for 2 months. Does it make sense to hire or rent out as needed, or is it possible to buy for the long term? I am also thinking of buying a new holiday home, please let us know where you can now see the new homes.
I'm sorry I'm writing here. I know that someone can find this helpful. Yet my curiosity is still killing me because I don't see why you didn't do it then. I think everyone needs an excavator. If there is a possibility, why not use it. When I had a situation like this, it never occurred to me that I could do it that way. Yet every time I rent a new space, I never have such problems that would require an excavator. I recommend this company to everyone because the land lots offered are of good quality.
