Considering getting a bike chainring for my SC Bronson. I live in Southern California so any place I go there is climbing. Climbing isn't my top decision, yet I am improving and more grounded at it.

Does anyone out there has understanding into the "bike chainring"? Does it really help you climb? Accelerate?
