Are there any countries, excluding the U.S., where the commercial surrogacy for single males as well as the PGD gender selection (without medical indications) are legally allowed and routinely performed?

Hello. Good question. Ukraine, Colombia and The United States are three countries in which surrogacy is legal and commercial surrogacy contracts are enforceable. In the US, surrogacy laws differ between states. Many sates are “pro-surrogacy” and have specific laws that enforce surrogacy agreements, other states support surrogacy only to a certain degree and a few states outlaw it completely.

Hi, as far as I know there are few clinics with such a license but only some qualified clinics can do that. My cousin used to go though this gestational surrogacy services and was pretty satisfied both with the help and consultation. Simply give them a call and be sure you follow some experts recommendations in order to avoid some dangerous and harmful effects. Hope it can help
