Over the next two to three months, the American fast food brand Burger King will establish 12 locations in India, six of which will be in Mumbai and Delhi. In less than a month, the burger company will open its first location in the capital at a well-known mall in South Delhi, according to persons familiar with its plans. The remaining locations would be located in Mumbai and the National Capital Region (NCR), after that. To maintain momentum, "the initial goal is to roll out a store every few weeks," according to a person with firsthand knowledge of the situation who declined to be identified.
