This error indicated the failure of connection to the server. You can fix it by launching the Terminal App on your Mac and navigate to the Spotlight Search Glass option. Type' defaults delete com.microsoft.Outlook' in the search box. You can now erase the previous outlook preferences by using this command. To fix Outlook Error 3253, type' lillallcfprefsd' in the box to clear the cached preferences. Finally, start Outlook and check whether the problem is resolved.
