The Face of the Franchise: Career modes are a common feature in many sports video games over recent years. The career choices in "NBA 2K" and EA Sports' "NHL” series are a big hit for me. In the last few years, "Face of the Franchise” has seen some changes. One of the most intriguing features is the ability to make a linebacker in "Madden 22." It was not something could be done before.
Like the previous installments, players begin by playing in two College Football playoff games. In the past, you were forced to play an entire high school season which became routine. This year, once you've played the two College Football Playoff games, then you're done. The Scouting Combine is not for you.
