One of the questions I'm getting asked a lot from male body-builders "Is it bad for you to be swallowing E-liquid"? Many people ask me this question because they are starting to take more e liquid or a lot more of it than they did before. In my experience (which has nothing to do with bodybuilding), I don't think it's bad for you to be consuming so much e liquid, if you're just consuming what's available. The one thing I always tell people that they should try to cut down on is the e liquid consumption; I don't think it's very healthy. But the thing I'd like to point out here is the dehydration factor. If you're dehydrated then you can have some problems with your performance because of it. By taking more of liquid than what's recommended, you might be taking a potentially harmful route. By not getting enough water into your system, you run the risk of diluting the electrolytes in your body. This will ultimately cause you to feel worse than if you didn't take any of the liquid at all.

The bottom line is that when it comes to the question of is swallowing e liquid bad for you? The answer is no; it's really not that bad for you. If you're an athlete or someone who exercises regularly and is taking a lot of e liquid, then you might want to cut down a bit. The last thing you want to do is take more e liquid than what's necessary. It's better to drink less than you think you need, than to drink too much and become dehydrated.
