Is it possible to switch from a slow metabolism to a fast one? Any hints?

Your metabolic rate is solely a feature of your liver. It is the chemical energy and chemical manufacturing plant of your body. All fuel production is made from the various foods taken in. If you eat and are not very active, the liver is programmed to make these non-burned up calories into cholestreol and fats stored in the body. A small portion of the cholesterol is involved in hormone work in your body, the rest is convereted to fats stored in the liver itself, in n the area outiside the heart muscles and in all the muscles of the body (think marbled fat in beef stakes).

Therefore to speed up your metabolism, you must perform more work, more physical expenditure per day to cause your liver to shift gears and “speed up” to a faster metabolism. It is he only way to do it. The results will not be measured for several months.

Well, to be honest, your metabolism system, unless you have some chronic disease or severe malnutrition (which rarely happens in this modern world), runs nearly perfectly all of the time. So, the thing is that, you cannot make it better by taking a pill or eating blueberries or whatever. By the way there are different medicine which able to stimulate human metabolism. For example, Shilajit, follow by the link. It contains a high amount of sodium, phosphorus, potassium, including other trace minerals that benefit the body. I have been using Shilajit for a year already and should say it works pretty well for my metabolism. Regular consumption of shilajit encourages optimal ATP production and use, allowing biological processes to function more efficiently since power is readily available. Hope it can help
