Hello! I am also sure that age does not matter. If a person is 20 years old but he is already a successful businessman, and he has achieved everything himself, and not through his father or mother, then he is already independent enough to live alone in the house. Such a young person will be looking for a good house and lot for sale. Many adults have achieved nothing. So I'm sure age doesn't matter, but I think most people start living independently and buy their own homes at the age of 25-30. This is the approximate age of a person who already has a permanent income and can afford to buy a house
I also think age does not matter when it comes to buying a house and lot, as long as you can pay for it and manage it. Then, why not. It is a good investment as well.
