Hi all. I want to let you know that I ordered a convertible bridesmaid dress in dusty blue from BHLDN. The bride changed her mind about the color of the dress she wanted for the bridal party, however it has been over 30 days since she bought it. I called BHLDN customer service and got in touch with a very helpful, kind lady who said she would be happy with the return and offered me free shipping so I could return this dress. I liked the dress so much that I didn't want to return it to BHLDN.
