Hello,
I have this problem and can't find the solution.My NXT brick has this called "clicking brick syndrome" and I imagine that it is fixable by re-installing the firmware.And here starts my problem. Mindstorms software gives me this error that says "Cannot locate NXT device to download software". And it isn't showing up in device manager too.It seems like I should do some kind of brute forcing the firmware into the brick but I don;t know how to do it. I hope you can help me guys.
Please help.
