I was diagnosed with celiac disease 2 months ago (after a year of suffering), and since then I have been on a gluten-free diet. However, my symptoms don't seem to be going away. My worst symptoms are severe back pain (mostly on the right side, I can't recognize if it's related to muscles or bones), it looks like stabbing pains and spasms. I also have a pain in the middle part of the posusuallyika. Usually it goes straight to the chest + abdominal discomfort. What is strange for me is that the pain increases during the day, when moving. The night time is fine, and the pain is not constant during sleep.

Do not forget that problems can also have another cause, so do not just look for a dermatologist

Hey, it may be celiac related, but don't be sure about this. It can also be another disease, much more complicated, or on the contrary it can be something simple that will make your life much easier. Really in such cases there may be back pain. But you, as a person who suffers from it, need to understand that when treating a disease you need to know from its roots. So you should not seek treatment for these pains, but for their true cause. I here's a pretty good explanation that led me toward the true treatment I found on chiropractorsnearmemaryland.com . You can try it, I hope it helps.
