Hello. I want to tell you that we recently had a second Bradford White water heater installed. The old one existed for over 20 years and was still working. We decided it needed to be replaced before anything else happened, so it made sense to get another Bradford White when a contractor in Newtown, Pennsylvania recommended it. This is by far the best tank type water heater for your money. I have compared it to other top brands. They're not bad either, but Bradford White is the best in my opinion. Qualified bradford white customer service will help you set it up. Most of the Bradford White I use are around 20 years old and are replaced as a precaution, not for leakage purposes.
