How To Choose The Right Item Upgrade Online
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item of equipment such as increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To make them, you need a higher level token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened they will display a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This is an excellent option for players who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to burden their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It is accomplished by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. When the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.
Requirements
Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade tokens.
The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them more effects or an improved quality of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, such as crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further increase the stats of an item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any
item upgrade r NPC.
