Arrow to Tipped Arrow convertor

en 1.9 /summon Mechanismus

When standing on a certain block, your arrows will turn into tipped arrows. However, there is a bug where you don't need arrows to get tipped arrows, so I am calling this the "Infinity" version.

Fire Resistance - Red Sandstone

Glowing - Glowstone

Leaping - Slime Block

Water Breathing - Water

Swiftness - Ice OR Packed Ice

Slowness - Soul Sand

Levitation - Purpur Block

Haste - Gold Block

*None - Snow Block

*Removes all existing potion effects, thus making you unable to drink potions or get potion'd by tipped arrows in Ice Spikes biomes
