Potion of Torture by anonymous

Spawns a Potion of Torture 2 meters above the command block. A splash potion including all bad effects at 150 level for 1000000 seconds, and Regeneration at 150 for 1000000 (just to torture the people because they'll be as slow as hell). As for the Potion of Superiority, another of my creations, the PickupDelay:100 makes the item impossible to pick up without dying of boredom, and the Age:-32767 makes it never despawn. Change the command all you like, and maybe even add a clock to the command block to make the Potion respawn every few minutes or something.
