Blake&#39;s sword

I made this for my Friend. he is having trouble setting up his minecraft command science account. I hope he uses this command at his house, because if he does he gets a strong/ noobly sword named after him! if he knows how to use it will be a strong sword, if he doesn't it will be a noobly sword.
