the last command will be in the command area but all of the other commands will be in this desc.

1st. Build 2 platforms 5 blocks away from each other.

2nd. place a fence in the middle four blocks up

3rd. do this command: /give @p command_block

4th. copy and paste this command into a command block on one of the platforms:/summon horse ~ ~1 ~ {CustomName:"Rope",NoGravity:1b,SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b},Variant:0,Tame:1,Invulnerable:1,PersistenceRequired:1,NoAI:1,Silent:1,ActiveEffects:[{Id:14,Amplifier:255,Duration:120000,ShowParticles:0b}]}

5th. attach the horse to a lead and attach it to the fence

6th. press the F3 Key to see the X Y Z

7th. then do this command: *command in command area*
