Paralysis Potion | And More to Come! by 1000ofire

Hello Guys, This is the first potion made by me. Very simple and basic, but is a time saver when you might need this command. You can still Move by jumping, but   this potion can really help stop a player in PvP, etc. Feel free to use it for maps, etc. Comment down if you find any bugs.
