This command will summon a Zombie Pigman that will have a full set of iron armor on and will be holding a wooden pickaxe with Unbreaking III and a wooden axe with Fortune I and Smite III. If you are going to fight him I would hope you would have at least golden armor and golden weapons. I made this command on DigMinecraft command generators.
