After Crysis is summoned, do

/give @p golden_sword 1 0 {display:{Name:"Crisis' sword",Lore:[Fire V and melts your enemies like an ice cube]},ench:[{id:16,lvl:3},{id:19,lvl:1},{id:20,lvl:5,Unbreakable:1}]}

and drop it at the now fully-equipped Crysis. Have fun!
