Un-TerrainDamaging Explosive arrows in one command!

en 1.9x/1.10x /summon Game Mods

Now any of you that know about my last explosive arrows one command creation makes it to where no matter if mobgriefing is on or off it will still damage terrain, so... I made a different one for Un-Damaging Explosive arrows in one command. And i made it to where flame particles will follow the arrow as it moves along i spent... well not very long on this command creation and I think this is a big improvment to my other explosive arrows command. so I hope you enjoy!! :)
