en 1.10 /execute Tiere & Monster

In a repeating command block, put in the command and switch to always active.

All skeletons with sand under their feet will be a dark lord...

Drops:

Dark Orb

Sword of Dark Souls

Dark Helmet

The rest of it's armour (Rarely)
