Better /gamerule options for creative in one command!

en 1.9/1.10/1.10.2 /summon Anderes

Basiclly this command gets you theese better gamerule option for a creative world that you use commands in for example it disables commandblockoutput so if you have a redstone clock going it won't say:[Block placed] So yea i took like 45 mins on this command and i hope you enjoy it!
