Teleportation Sign

en 1.8 /summon Schilder

This machine allows you to add a sign that when clicked, it teleports you to where-ever... You have to set the coordinates to where you want to place the sign and the coordinates to where you want to be teleported. By the way, I used MrGarreto's command combiner.
