Splash Potion of Death by jaycraft2

Just a OP potion that gives you invincibility for 5 seconds, and then you die. Unfortunately, you cannot be invincible without eventually dying of the effects. You may experience mild nausea and mild poison, and mild instant damage, and mild hunger, and mild DEATH. I also may have accidentally included a mild /kill command to the potion.
