Free Heads in a Chest, In ONE COMMAND!

en 1.8.5 , 1.8.9 , 1.8.7 , and 1.8.6 /setblock Kisten Sets

I have made a Prefilled Chest with spare heads i found in my inventory! They are all free in a chest! If there is any problem with the Chest or Command, Comment below! I will see what i can do about it! :D
